I can't wait for Tony Horton to come to Dallas. He has inspired 1000s to get in shape and take responsibility for their personal fitness.

I started Performance Boot Camp in McKinney Texas with the very same goal. We are teaching people about the importance of their personal fitness while offering several weekly classes for members to attend in order to receive helpful tips and guidance during their journey to becoming physically fit.

check out my websitePerformance Boot Camp if you live in the McKinney Texas area and want to join our fitness family or simply have a question to ask us.

I've found the best way to 'get in shape' from home is by doing fitness challenges. My favorite free site for this is http://www.konkura.com - there is over 1000 free fitness challenges on there, plus you can create your own for yourself, friends and family. Challenges i'm currently competing in are the 'Push-ups in One Minute Challenge' and the 'In and Outs Core Challenge'.
